The Library is the home of Library and Learning Services, bringing together the spaces, expertise and the materials that support the University community in their learning, teaching and research journeys.

Please always check before visiting, as at certain times of the year use of the Library will be restricted to give priority to our students. You can either check our Twitter page or give us a call on +44 (0)1483 689235.

Are you a current student?

If so, take a look at library information relevant to you on our MySurrey library pages.

Archives and special collections

We house over 100 collections to support study and research including collections from the National Resource Centre for Dance, several collections related to renowned illustrator E H Shepard (Winnie-the-Pooh and The Wind in the Willows) and a range of other subject-specific collections.
